THE REPAIR SHOP Of Ohio LLC

I heard horrible things about this shop. But I love it. Mr. John is a great communicator and does a thorough job. They have replaced my engine, manifold and installed my undercarriage lights. They work with my warranty company. I highly recommend. I hate not having my jeep but I know it's in good hands with Mr. John. Also if they replace your engine you get free oil changes for the life of that engine. Complete score in my book.

I can’t recommend THE REPAIR SHOP of Ohio LLC enough. They are hands down the best repair shop in town! They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed my vehicle the right way. Their prices are fair, the work is high quality, and the customer service is outstanding. Honest, professional, and reliable from start to finish. If you need any automotive repairs, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends and family

Awesome group of people. Did great work. Would recommend highly. I had a lot of work done recently. 1. They replaced my whole front end. Then they replaced my tires among a few other things. They have the best mechanics. I wouldn't go anywhere else

My car had been giving me warning signs but I was in the process of making last minute funeral arrangements. I finally heard noises and got worried and called The Repair Shop 30 minutes before they closed on Thursday. The gentleman said that I could bring it on over and he would do a quick check to make sure it was safe to drive. I couldn't get there in time so I showed up Friday morning. The Repair Shop did some testing and told me what needed to be done on Monday and cleared my car to be driven for the funeral on Saturday. I showed up on Monday and The Repair Shop did a more intensive dive into the problems I was experiencing with my car. They found a number of things wrong and did not stop working on my car until it drove like it did when I initially bought it. John kept me informed of the status of my car every step of the way. The Repair Shop team were phenomenal. They were able to work with my warranty company and take care of any paperwork that was needed. Top notch customer service, knowledge and expertise are very rare commodities and The Repair Shop definitely excels at all three.

Great shop. Took car in for warranty work with my Endurance Insurance. Was told later that day what was wrong, what endurance would pay for and what they would not and when it would be finished. Friendly staff on phone and in person as well. When I picked up my car, everything worked as should and I am definitely happy and would recommend this place to others.
